Your words.
Your control.
This policy explains how SignUplink and this support website handle information.
Effective October 16, 2026
1. Content on your devices
The app stores messages, saved signs, Shows, drafts, settings, and display configuration on your device. It does not upload that content to a ChaseVision-operated content server.
You can manage saved content in the app. Deleting the app can remove its local data. Copies exported to files or sent to another device must be managed separately. Device backups may be handled by Apple or services you choose.
2. Devices you choose to connect
When you pair devices, SignUplink exchanges device and session information and the content needed for your selected output with those devices. Pairing credentials are stored locally. The Watch companion is paused and is not included in current public distribution. Only pair devices you trust.
3. Permissions
On iPhone and iPad, camera access supports scanning a pairing QR code. Local Network permission supports finding and communicating with nearby SignUplink displays. You can manage permissions in device Settings.
4. Pro purchases
Apple handles Pro purchases and payment processing. SignUplink uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to determine whether Pro is available. The app does not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s own privacy practices apply to its payment and account services.
5. Exports and sharing
If you export content, create a backup, or share through another app, the destination you select receives that content. Review it before sharing and consult that destination’s privacy practices.
6. Advertising and app analytics
The current app does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or a ChaseVision-operated analytics service. Apple may process store, transaction, or diagnostic information according to its own settings and privacy practices.
7. This website
This website does not include advertising, visitor analytics scripts, contact forms, or user accounts. It is hosted by Cloudflare. Like other hosting providers, Cloudflare processes request information, which can include IP addresses and technical details, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
8. Support requests
If you email support, your email provider and the services used to receive and handle the message process it. ChaseVision receives your contact information and the details you choose to send so we can respond and investigate. Avoid sending private sign content unless necessary, and never send passwords, pairing secrets, or payment details.
To ask a privacy question or request removal of information you sent to support, email support@chasevision.dev. Copies held by other providers are subject to their practices.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy when SignUplink or these services change. This page will show the effective date of the current policy.
